I’m sure you’ll agree there’s nothing quite like cruising in a freshly washed and detailed car. But there’s also something about a dirty back window that awakens the inner child. Who hasn’t written “wash me” on their parents’ car after a road trip? Well, Scott Wade takes that classic scrawl to a whole new level. For him, dusty glass is an irresistible blank canvas.
Wade has plenty of chances to start a new piece. He lives on a mile-and-a-half of dirt road, and his regular drives result in a constantly-refreshed coating of fine white dust on his car’s back window. Who could resist the temptation? Check out a few of his incredibly detailed drawings below, then visit his website for even more gallery shots.
