The raucous engines of Niki Lauda’s Ferrari 312T and Jochen Mass’ McLaren M23 were hard on the ears for sure, but I was surprised by the pronounced pounding they generated in my chest cavity.

His expertise and flair in the automotive arts earned LeCarr the nickname, “The Davinci of Davenport.”
