Event Coverage: Porsches Flock To Caffeine & Gasoline

We packed in the Porsches on June 3rd as Stuttgart’s finest highlighted our monthly Caffeine & Gasoline cruise-in car show and all-around hangout session. The theme refers more to the contents of our Auto Display than acting as a call for Porsches to show up… but they did. Click through for some eye candy.

There were in the neighborhood of two dozen Porsches from 356s to 928s to all manner of 911 in attendance. The gathering of 911s ran the gamut from old school ’60s Targas to flashy current-generation GT3s.

Max RPM Motorsports, a Bremerton-based Porsche specialist tuner, brought a few cars and set up a booth with parts on display which provide a popular destination for many event goers.

We created this event to bring local enthusiasts together so they can mix, trade stories, trade information, and be in the company of like-minded people… with free coffee and donuts fueling the proceedings.

Our next Caffeine & Gasoline event will be July 1st so get in here and start your Fourth of July holiday out right. Bring your car. It doesn’t have to be a show piece if you have pride in it we’d like to see it. Want sensory overload? Drop in Sunday the 2nd for our own, Griot’s Garage sanctioned, Shinefest car show. To enter, there’s a $15 pre-registration and $20 day-of-show entry. Sign up at and do it soon because space is limited to 200 vehicles.
