Ken Block’s Coyote-Swapped Classic Bronco

We’ve all heard stories of husbands buying their wife a power drill for her birthday or wives getting their hubby a foot bath for his birthday. We are wondering if such a scenario is playing out in the Ken Block household as the head hoonigan has gifted his wife a Coyote-swapped classic Bronco.

The 1974 Ford Bronco is an anniversary present built by New Smyrna Beach Performance & Offroad of Edgewater, Florida. The project started with a $10,000 beater and the Blue Oval got a full restoration and customization. Along with substantial body work and pristine Harbor Blue paint, the truck’s entire driveline was updated.

The rig now runs a 450-plus horsepower Ford Mustang Coyote 5.0-liter V8, a Ford 6R80 automatic transmission and transfer case, a Currie 9-inch rear end, and Dana 44 axles.

The goal was to create a reliable daily driver with serious off-road potential. To keep the Ford happy on the trails a Wildhorses lift kit, KW shocks, fifteen52 wheels, beefy 35-inch Toyo tires, and Wilwood brakes were installed.

The truck was a hit and Ken’s wife is NOT sharing as the old Ford can occasionally be seen cruising around Park City, Florida.
