Lamborghinis In The Spotlight At Caffeine & Gasoline

Car Culture, Cars, Events

The long-awaited springtime sun finally made its presence felt as our May Caffeine & Gasoline was the warmest and brightest of the year. The place was packed. The great thing about these open house car show events is you never know what’s going to roll up the driveway. Check out our coverage and see for yourself.

The cars of Ferruccio Lamborghini’s were the centerpieces of the show and our Auto Display had a nice selection of Raging Bulls and a sweet De Tomaso Pantera for a little added Italian spice.

We were floored to see a rare Lamborghini LM002. The Hummer inspired SUV was  powered by a Lambo V12 engine and produced between 1986 and 1993 with only 328 examples seeing the light of day.

As always, all types of vehicles from mid-build project cars to full restorations were on hand. Busy June 3rd? Put Griot’s Garage in you plans. Enjoy your morning… Roll on in, hang out with car enthusiasts, and talk shop over coffee and donuts. Does it get any better? Yes… yes it does. Sunday June 4th will be our second Shinefest car show. This show, where entrants vote on the winners, should be awesome. We are limited to 200 cars so click here if you’re interested in entering.

Have fun in your garage!
